And again we don't do ANYTHING by halves!

Yes, that's right, exactly that, in this household, if you are going to do something, do it bloody well and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

So yesterday was it any surprise that the impromptu Bonfire slash BBQ slash drinks party was going to be fraught with dramas? Of course not!

Me being the host that I am, happily enjoyed a couple of glasses of bubbles with the 30 odd people here before the 50 million children decided it would be a great idea to play football of varying codes. There were soccer balls, league balls and then there was the dreaded AFL ball that threw a spanner in the works!

Now can I just set the record straight, the ONLY reason there was an AFL ball even in this house was because Lucy had won it at school in the Gotcha Being Good program.

Anyway, it was booted high in the air and Miss Ruby who was ever eager, went to catch it, only to hyperflex her arm and fracture not only her wrist but her elbow as well.

So there you have it, 7 hours later and only 4 weeks after TJ had a grade 2 MCL and broken toe,

a trip to the hospital via my sober bob friend Sarah, another one of my smalls exceeded in completing a job to it's full extent!
